Love is in the air

This is the end of the first week without kids. I know they're having fun at Nana's and I really am enjoying quiet (selfish) time for me. I've spent time crafting each morning. I've napped when I've needed to. I've enjoyed lots of date nights with my handsome husband, and I think we've seen every movie currently out at the theater.

So, as I finish a week that focused on me and my hubby, it seemed appropriate to complete the Lil Red Wagon challenge, creating a love themed card. It's monochromatic, because I was trying to fulfill another challenge - but, alas, that was supposed to be Christmas themed. Whoops!

Here's my card creation for today:

Supplies: Paper, button & ribbon - unknown source; DCWV vellum quotes (remember those???); CTMH mini brads; SU paper flowers; CTMH stamps - Playful Flourishes & Noted Backgrounds; waxy flax

As always, thanks for stopping by. Make it a great day!

  1. Hi Maricar - I've enjoyed your week as well! You've created loads of beautiful things - and this card is wonderful, just perfect! I do remember the vellum sentiments - in fact, I believe I'm still hoarding them! LOL
    Hugs!
