Hi

I was supposed to go to a crop today, but I woke up with a horrendous headache (the result of having a little too much fun with the guys last night). Instead, I stayed home, slept until about 2pm, have eaten very little, but found a little bit of time to craft. This is my second post for the day. I guess that is pretty busy for me! Hah.

This one was inspired by Hannah's challenge on 365 Cards, which was to use a journalling tag on your card. The half circle is a journaling stamp by Autumn Leaves. I used a journaling stamp and then an EKSuccess tag punch (which hadn't been used in forevah!) to create the "hi" tag. I still had stickers and flowers out from making my previous card (4U) , so I guess this one was still sort of inspired by Melisa's Use It challenge! I like the ribbon loop on the hi tag, which is adhered to the card with foam tape for dimension.

I'm not so much an empty space person, but I think this card has enough. What do you think?

Supplies: Paper - CTMH Animal Crackers. Colors - CTMH Dutch blue, tulip. Stamp sets - CTMH Star Struck and Autumn Leaves journaling. Stickers, ribbon, flower - all unknown sources. Tools - Tim Holtz stapler, EKSuccess tag punch, 3M foam tape.

  2. I love this card, Maricar! The colors are wondeful, and that big flower is awesome. For whatever reason, I have trouble with felt flowers, etc. Yours looks great.

A horrendous headache resulting from having had too much fun - Been there. Done that. Hope you're feeling better!
